Please read carefully. By booking a training session with The Dog Daddy (“Dog Daddy”, “Company”, “we”, or “us”), you (“Client”, “Participant”, or “You”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

Refunds & Cancellations

We have a strict no refunds policy and all sales are final. You may be entitled, however, to a credit towards a future training session if notice of cancellation is provided at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled private lesson by sending an email to the email address listed in the Contact Us section of these Terms.

Training

Dog Daddy private lessons last up to 1.5 hours, depending on the needs of your dog(s). This option covers any and all dogs in your household.

You can request whatever type of training you want to do, and Dog Daddy will make suggestions as well, working with you as a team. You'll be provided with the information you need to continue practicing with your dog(s) and continue building on the training you receive.

There are certain inherent risks of dog-related activities, including physical injury. You hereby waive and release The Dog Daddy (including the Company's employees, contractors, owners and agents) from any and all liability of any nature or damage, including specifically, but not without limitation, any injury or damage resulting from action of any dog, and assume risk of any such damage or injury while attending any training session held by The Dog Daddy.

Photos/Video

By booking a training session, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of being photographed and/or video recorded during the course of the training session. The Dog Daddy shall own all rights in and to any such video recordings and photographs that are taken by The Dog Daddy and team, which may be posted publicly at the sole discretion of the Company. You hereby release and waive any claims or other rights in connection with any such photos or recordings.

Clients and family members may take photographs and record video for personal use during any training session or event hosted by The Dog Daddy. However, distribution or sale of these materials is strictly prohibited, and any recordings may not include significant portions of the class.
